Update your community outreach record and record post-assignment contributions to your host organization by submitting a Post-Assignment Follow-up Tracker (.doc).
Connect to other returned Farmer-to-Farmer volunteers through CNFA's Peace Corps Connect group. CNFA is working with the National Peace Corps Association to identify Returned Peace Corps Volunteers for Farmer-to-Farmer volunteer assignments. Through this group we encourage returned CNFA Farmer-to-Farmer volunteers to share their stories and experiences.
